1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) Order 2008.

2. Pádraig Slyne, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be Special Adviser to Pat Carey, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, with effect from 7 May 2008.
