1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach) Order 2008.

2. Each person mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Taoiseach with effect from 7 May 2008.
