I, DERMOT AHERN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 122 of the Garda Síochána Act 2005 (No. 20 of 2005), after consulting with the Garda Commissioner and with the approval of the Government, hereby make the following regulations
