1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources) Order 2008.

2. Ms Suzanne Duke, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources on 21 June 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Mr Tony Killeen, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, with effect from 21 June 2007.
