1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mussel Seed (Prohibition on Fishing) Regulations 2007 (Revocation) Regulations 2008 and come into operation on 9 June 2008.

2. The Mussel Seed (Prohibition on Fishing) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 789 of 2007

) are revoked.
