1. This Order may be cited as the

Finance Act 2007

(Commencement of Section 29) Order 2008.

2. The 1st day of June 2008 is appointed as the day on which

section 29

of the

Finance Act 2007

(No. 11 of 2007) comes into operation.

This Order appoints the 1 June 2008 as the date of the coming into operation of

section 29

of the

Finance Act 2007

which provides for the Mid-Shannon Corridor Tourism Infrastructure Investment Scheme.
