1. This Order may be cited as the

Valuation Act 2001

(Global Valuation) (EirGrid) Order 2008.

2. The Commissioner of Valuation shall carry out a valuation of relevant properties occupied by EirGrid.

3. The global valuation under this Order shall be made by reference to 31 March 2008 and shall be entered in the central valuation list by 1 September 2009.
