1. This Order may be cited as the
Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000
(Section 5) (Specified Period) Order 2008.
2. The specified period for the purposes of section 5(5)(
b
) of the
Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000
(No. 7 of 2000) is hereby extended to the 31st day of January, 2009.
