1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Industrial Development (Science Foundation Ireland) Act 2003

(Strategic Areas of Scientific Endeavour) Regulations 2008.

2. Sustainable energy and energy-efficient technologies are prescribed for the purposes of section 7(3) of the

Industrial Development (Science Foundation Ireland) Act 2003

(No. 30 of 2003).
