1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Youth Work Act 2001

(Prescribed National Representative Youth Work Organisation) Regulations 2008.

2. The National Youth Council is prescribed to be the Prescribed National Representative Youth Work Organisation for the purposes of

section 24

of the

Youth Work Act 2001

for a period of 3 years from 22 April 2008.
