S.I. No. 117/2008 - European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Import) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.

2. The European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 130 of 2007

) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision” of—

“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2006/805/EC of 24 November 2006, Commission Decision No. 2007/152/EC of 6 March 2007 and Commission Decision 2008/225/EC of 14 March 2008;”.

3. The European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 210 of 2007

) and the European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 258 of 2007

) are revoked.
