1. This Order may be cited as the

Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006

(Commencement) Order 2008.

2. The 1st day of May, 2008 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006

(No. 12 of 2006) come into operation

(

a

) section 4 (in so far as it applies to Part 1 of the Schedule to the Act),

(

b

) sections 32 to 45 and 49,

(

c

) Part 1 of the Schedule.
