1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Agriculture and Food) Order 2007.
2. Mr. Dermot Murphy, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Kildare Street, Dublin 2, on 15 June 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Agriculture and Food with effect from 15 June 2007.
