S.I. No. 861/2007 - Animal Remedies (Poisons Act 1961) Regulations 2007

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Animal Remedies (Poisons Act 1961) Regulations 2007 and come into operation on 1 January 2008.

2. The provisions required by Regulations made under section 14 (as amended by the

Misuse of Drugs Act 1977

) and

section 15

of the

Poisons Act 1961

do not apply to animal remedies.
