1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2006 (Commencement) (No. 4) Order 2007.

2. The 1st day of January 2008 is appointed as the day on which

section 38

of the

Criminal Justice Act 2006

(No. 26 of 2006) shall come into operation.
