1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Agriculture) (Accession of Bulgaria and Romania) Regulations 2007.

2. A reference in Regulations made under the

European Communities Act 1972

to a Directive cited in Article 1 of Council Directive No. 2006/107/EC of 20 November 2006 is construed and has effect as if the reference is a reference to the Directive cited in that Article as amended by the Annex to Council Directive 2006/107/EC of 20 November 2006.

relating to quick frozen foodstuffs and the labelling, presentation and advertising of foodstuffs to take account of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union.
