1. This Order may be cited as the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Qualifying Town Renewal Areas) (Banagher, County Offaly) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2007.

2. The Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Qualifying Town Renewal Areas) (Banagher, County Offaly) Order 2004 (

S.I. No. 341 of 2004

) is amended by substituting for the map annexed to that Order the map annexed to this Order.
