1. This Order may be cited as the

Health Act 2007

(Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2007.

2. The 5th day of November 2007 is appointed as the day on which—

(

a

) section 105, in so far as it relates to the amendments mentioned in Part 5 of Schedule 2, and

(

b

) Part 5 of Schedule 2,

of the

Health Act 2007

(No. 23 of 2007) come into operation.
