1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2007.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order are delegated to Brendan Smith, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children.
