1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government) Order 2007.
2. In this Order “Minister” means the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government.
3. Mr. Ryan Meade, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on 14 June 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister with effect from 14 June 2007.
4. Mr. Dnall Geoghegan, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on 2 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister with effect from 2 July 2007.
5. Mr. Liam Reid, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on 9 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister with effect from 9 July 2007.
6. Mr. David Healy, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on 17 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister with effect from 17 July 2007.
