1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007.

2. In the European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) Regulations 2004 (

S.I. No. 894 of 2004

), a reference to an organism is construed and has effect as if the reference includes a reference to the specified organism within the meaning of Commission Decision No. 2007/365/EC of 25 May 2007.
