1. This Order may be cited as the

Defence (Amendment) Act 2007

(Section 70) (Commencement) Order 2007.

2. The 24th day of September 2007 is appointed as the day on which

section 70

of the

Defence (Amendment) Act 2007

(No. 24 of 2007) comes into operation.
