1. (

a

) This Order may be cited as the District Court Districts and Areas (Amendment) and Variation of Days (District No. 18) Order, 2007.

(

b

) This Order shall come into operation on 1st September, 2007.

2. The First Schedule to the District Court (Areas) Order, 1961 (

S.I. No. 5 of 1961

), is hereby amended by—

(

a

) the substitution at reference number 28 for the matter in column (4) of the following

“Bandon—

First and Third Friday in each month at 10:30 a.m.

and

Fourth Monday in each month at 10.30 a.m.”

(

b

) the substitution at reference number 29 for the matter in column (4) of the following

“Bantry—

Second Friday in February, April, June, October and December at 10.30 a.m.

and

Fourth Friday in each month at 10.30 a.m.”
