) These Regulations may be cited as the

Planning and Development Act 2000

(Certification of Fairground Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

(

b

) These Regulations and the

Planning and Development Act 2000

(Certification of Fairground Equipment) Regulations 2003 shall be construed as one and may be collectively cited as the

Planning and Development Act 2000

(Certification of Fairground Equipment) Regulations 2003 to 2007.

2. The Funfair Guidance Document published in October 2003 by the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government under article 4 of the

Planning and Development Act 2000

(Certification of Fairground Equipment) Regulations 2003 is hereby amended by the substitution of the following persons for those listed in Appendix 1 of that Document

(Certification of Fairground Equipment) Regulations 2003 to 2007.”
