1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2007.
2. Ms Layla De Cogan Chin, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, 43/49 Mespil Road, Dublin 4 on 10 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs with effect from 10 July 2007.
