1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Tánaiste and Minister for Finance) Order 2007.

2. Mr. Gerry Steadman, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, on 13 June 2007, is appointed as a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance, with effect from 14 June 2007.
