1. This Order may be cited as the

Child Care (Amendment) Act 2007

(Commencement) Order 2007.

2. The 23rd day of July 2007 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Child Care (Amendment) Act 2007

(No. 26 of 2007) shall come into operation

(

a

) Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4;

(

b

) Part 3; and

(

c

) the Schedule.
