S.I. No. 421/2007 - European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable Species) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable Species) (Amendment) Regulations 2007.

2. The European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable Species) Regulations 2004 (

S.I. No. 121 of 2004

) are amended in Regulation 2 by substituting for the definition of “Directive”, the following—

“ ‘Directive’ means Commission Directive 2003/91/EC of 6 October 2003

and Commission Directive 2006/127/EC of 7 December 2006”.
