S.I. No. 355/2007 - Constituency Commission (Membership) Order 2007

1. This order may be cited as the Constituency Commission (Membership) Order 2007.

2. As on and from the 1st July 2007, Ms. Geraldine Tallon, the successor in office to Mr. Niall Callan as Secretary General of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, shall be a member of the Constituency Commission established by the Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order 2007 (S.I. No. 174 of the 26th April 2007).

This order directs that the incoming Secretary General of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government is to be a member of the Constituency Commission in lieu of her predecessor in office.
