1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity Regulation (Amendment) (Single Electricity Market) Act 2007 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2007.

2. The 18th day of June 2007 is hereby appointed as the day on which

(No. 5 of 2007), come into operation.

3. The 18

day of June 2007 is hereby appointed as the day on which

sections 9

and

of the

Electricity Regulation (Amendment) (Single Electricity Market) Act 2007

(No. 5 of 2007), come into operation, except insofar as those sections relate to the SEM Committee.
