1. This Order may be cited as the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (Commencement of Section 8) Order 2007.

day May, 2007, is hereby appointed as the day on which

Section 8

of the

Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006

(No. 40 of 2006), shall come into operation.

, dealing with electricity interconnectors.

section 1

Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006

(No. 40 of 2006), hereby order as follows
