1. This Order may be cited as the
Pharmacy Act 2007
(Commencement) Order 2007.
2. The 22nd day of May 2007 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the
Pharmacy Act 2007
(No. 20 of 2007) shall come into operation—
(

) Part 1 (other than section 4);
(
b
) Part 2;
(
c
) Part 3;
(
d
) Section 18;
(
e
) Section 76;
(
f
) Schedule 1.
