S.I. No. 23/2007 - Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007

1. This Order may be cited as the Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007.

2. In this Order, “Act” means the

Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2006

(No. 41 of 2006).

3. The 29th day of January 2007 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into operation, namely sections 11, 12, 16 to 22 and 24 to 34.

This Order fixes the 29th of January 2007 as the date on which the various provisions of the

specified in the Order come into operation.
