1. This Order may be cited as the

British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2002

(Expiry) Order 2007.

2. The 10th day of May 2007 is hereby fixed as the day on which the

British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2002

(No. 26 of 2002) shall expire.
