S.I. No. 210/2007 - European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) (Amendment) Regulations 2007.

2. The European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No 130 of 2007

) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting the following for the definition of “Commission Decision”—

“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No 2006/805/EC of 24 November 2006 and Commission Decision 2007/137/EC of 23 February 2007;”.
