1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on Import) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2007.

2. The European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on Import) Regulations 2006 (

S.I. No 703 of 2006

) are amended, in Regulation 2(1) by substituting the following for the definition of “Commission Decision” (inserted by the European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on import) (Amendment) (No 3) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No 90 of 2007

)—

“Commission Decision” means Commission Decision No. 2005/393/EC of 23 May 2005, Commission Decision No. 2006/591/EC of 1 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/633/EC of 15 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/650/EC of 25 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/693/EC of 13 October 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/761/EC of 9 November 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/858/EC of 28 November 2006, Commission Decision No. 2007/28/EC of 22 December 2006, Commission Decision No. 2007/101/EC of 14 February 2007 and Commission Decision No. 2007/146/EC of 28 February 2007;”.
