1. This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Share Transfer) Order 2007.

2. The Irish National Petroleum Corporation shall, on the share transfer day, transfer, at book value, the share owned by it in the National Oil Reserves Agency Limited to the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.

I, Noel Dempsey, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No.7 of 2007), hereby make the following order
