1. This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007(Parts 1 and 2) (Commencement) Order 2007.
2. The 16
th
day of April 2007 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No 7 of 2007) shall come into operation.

I, Noel Dempsey, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No 7 of 2007), hereby order as follows
