1. This Order may be cited as the

Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004

(Commencement) Order 2007.

3. The 31st day of May 2007 is appointed as the day on which section 9 (in so far as it relates to subsections (1) and (3) of

section 38

of the

Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002

(No. 6 of 2002)) of the

Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004

(No. 6 of 2004) shall come into operation.
