S.I. No. 125/2007 - National Treatment Purchase Fund Board (Establishment) Order, 2004 (Amendment) Order, 2007

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treatment Purchase Fund Board (Establishment) Order, 2004 (Amendment) Order, 2007.

2. The National Treatment Purchase Fund Board (Establishment) Order 2004,

S.I.No. 179 of 2004

, shall be amended by the substitution for sub-articles (1) and (2) of Article 7 of the following

“7. (1) The Chairperson shall receive such remuneration for acting as Chairperson of the Board as may from time to time be determined by the Minister, with the consent of the Minister for Finance.

(2) Each member of the Board, other than the Chairperson, shall receive such remuneration for acting as a member of the Board as may from time to time be determined by the Minister, with the consent of the Minister for Finance.

(3) Each member of the Board may be paid travelling and subsistence allowances in accordance with such scales as may from time to time be approved by the Minister, with the consent of the Minister for Finance".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to amend the National Treatment Purchase Fund Board (Establishment) Order, 2004, S. I. No. 179 of 2004, to provide for the payment of remuneration to the members of the National Treatment Purchase Fund Board.
