National Economic and Social Development Office Act 2006 (Establishment Day) Order 2006

I, Bertie Ahern, Taoiseach, in exercise of the power conferred on me by

section 3

of the

National Economic and Social Development Office Act 2006

(No. 21 of 2006), hereby make the following order with respect to which, pursuant to section 4 of that Act, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House
