1. This order may be cited as the Commission for Public Service Appointments (Additional Function) (No. 3) Order 2006.

2. The following additional function is conferred on the Commission for Public Service Appointments

Codes of practice published by the Commission relating to recruitment and selection processes may make provision, in respect of re-grading to equivalent grades, for such class or classes of established civil servants as approved by the Minister.
