1. This Order may be cited as the

Criminal Justice Act 2006

(Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2006.

2. The 29th day of November 2006 is appointed as the day on which section 121(d) of the

Criminal Justice Act 2006

(No. 26 of 2006) shall come into operation.
