S.I. No. 502/2006 - Companies (Fees) Order 2006

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order 2006.

2. In this Order “Eighth Schedule” means the Eighth Schedule (substituted by the Companies (Fees) (No. 3) Order 2005 (

S.I. No. 517 of 2005

), and amended by the Companies (Fees) (No. 4) Order 2005 (

S.I. No. 737 of 2005

)) to the

Companies Act 1963

(No. 33 of 1963).

3. Part I of the Eighth Schedule is altered by adding the following to the Table of Fees therein

“

For the registration of any document nominating to the registrar a new annual return date for a company pursuant to section 127(9) (inserted by

section 60

of the

Company Law Enforcement Act 2001

)
