1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) (Amendment) (No. 3 Regulations 2006.
2. In these Regulations “protected zone Directive” means Commission Directive 2001/32/EC of 8 May 2001

), a reference to Part B of Annex III or a reference to Part B of Annex IV to the Council Directive (within the meaning of those Regulations) includes a reference to the Annex to the protected zone Directive.

These Regulations amend Commission Directive 2001/32/EC as regards certain protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community.
