This Order appoints the 30

day of June 2006 as the day bringing into operation all provisions of the

Health (Repayment Scheme) Act 2006

.

The

Health (Repayment Scheme) Act 2006

provides a legal framework for a scheme to repay recoverable health charges for publicly funded long term residential care and also regulates private property accounts.
