1. This Order may be cited as the

(Transfer of Sligo Harbour to Sligo County Council) Order 2006.

2. This Order comes into operation on

3. The property, rights and liabilities and every member of staff of Sligo Harbour Commissioners are transferred to Sligo County Council.
