Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 122 and 128 of the Garda Síochána Act 2005 (No. 20 of 2005), after consulting with the Garda Commissioner in so far as the regulations are made under section 122 of that Act, and with the approval of the Government, hereby make the following regulations
