S.I. No. 272/2006 - Valuation Act 2001 (Global Valuation) (Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited trading as 3) Order 2006

1. This Order may be cited as the

Valuation Act 2001

(Global Valuation) (Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited trading as 3) Order 2006.

2. The Commissioner of Valuation shall carry out a valuation of relevant properties to which section 53(1) of the

Valuation Act 2001

(No. 13 of 2001) relates that are occupied by the public utility undertaking Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited which trades as 3.

3. The global valuation under this Order shall be made by reference to 1 March 2006 and shall be entered into the central valuation list by 1 June 2007.
