1. This Order may be cited as the

Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006

(Commencement) Order 2006.

2. The 26th day of May 2006 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006

come into operation

Sections 1 to 3, 5 and 6, 50 (except paragraph (e)), 52 (except paragraphs (b) and (d)) 58 to 60, 63, 65 and 68 to 70.
